Which markets do you cover?

Germany is our home turf and the default pilot market. France is available for standard projects. Other EU markets on request — we will tell you honestly if a market is outside our judgment zone.

How is this different from running our copy through an AI tool?

AI is how we keep prices low and delivery fast — it is not the product. The product is the glossary your team signs off, the human brand edit on every line, the native-speaker spot check, and a fixed scope someone is accountable for. Tools generate; we take responsibility for what goes live.

What do you need from us to start?

A 30-minute brand interview, your store URL, any existing brand guide, and access to the SKU list (a CSV export is fine). We handle the rest.

How do payments work?

50% deposit to start, balance within 7 days of your confirmation. USD invoicing; EUR available at the invoicing-day rate. We only book external native reviewers after your deposit arrives — you never fund our float.

What if we need changes after delivery?

Two revision rounds are built into every pilot and project. After that, changes are billed from a simple rate card — or covered automatically if you are on the retainer.

Do you work with agencies or only brands directly?

Both. Agencies white-label our sprints for their DTC clients; the mechanics are identical — one glossary, one fixed scope, one accountable editor.

Question 7

Who writes the legal texts — imprint, terms, privacy policy?

Not us. We flag anything that carries legal weight and hand it to your local counsel, then we make sure the approved legal language is woven into the customer journey in a human way. Language is ours; law is theirs.

Can you start before our peak season if we're already late?

The rush add-on compresses a pilot to 5 working days at +30%. What we won't do is pretend a standard project fits in a week — if the math doesn't work, we'll tell you what scope does.
